Raiwaqa Basketball Association

The Raiwaqa Basketball Association will be hosting the annual Inter-Lane Knockout Tournament on the March 2-3 at Edward Hatauer Court in Raiwaqa. Entry Fee: $100 per team. Contact Peniasi Kainimoli on 7991761 or Waisake Raicebe on 7539740

Bula Hoops

Basketball Fiji Bula Hoops 2018 program started last Saturday, February 24, at the YMCA. Parents who are interested to place their children from ages 7 - 14 through basic basketball skills program should contact or call William Peters on 9308436.

Friendly North Invitation 7s

The Friendly North Invitation 7s will hosts its 7s tournament at Subrail Park in Labasa, from March 23 - 24. Prizemoney winner Cup $2000 Runner up- $1000 Plate: $500 runner-up $400, Bowl $300, runner-up $200. Registration fees $250. Closing date: March 20. First 32 team to pay registration fee will be accommodated. For under-19 teams, prizemoney winner is $600, runner-up is $300 registration fees is $120. Requirements is two passports size photos and birth certificate. First 16 teams to pay registrations fees ($120) will be accommodated. Tiliva 7s

The Tiliva 7s tournament will be held from April 26-27 at the Tiliva District School grounds. The first 10 teams' accommodation will be provided while discussions for the other teams' accommodations is in progress and would be announced later. Martintar 7s

The Martintar 7s tournament will be held at Prince Charles Park in Nadi from March 16-17. Registration fee: $400 (the first 32 registered men's teams will be accepted). Uluinakau 7s

The Uluinakau 7s will be held from March 16-17 at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori. 24 men's team (registration $500), six Fijians of Indian descent men's (fees $150) and 6 women's team (fees $150); Prize: Cup $5000.
