THE bodies of the two missing Pacific Flying School pilots remained at the crash site at Delaikoro last night.

Acting Deputy Commissioner of Police Rusiate Tudravu said a team of police and soldiers were at the site throughout the night, guarding the accident site.

He said the bodies would be removed from the crash site once the forensics had completed their work in the area.

The forensics and other investigators are expected to arrive today in Labasa.

However, at this stage, it is not clear whether the bodies would be taken to the Labasa Hospital or flown to the Colonial War Memorial Hospital in Suva.

A team of police and soldiers remained at Dogoru Village last night at the operation base.
