THE organisers of the Fiji Bitter Nawaka 7s expect a big turnout to witness the excitement today at Prince Charles Park despite the games being televised on Fiji One from the main quarter-finals cup onwards this afternoon.

More than 2000 fans watched the day one action yesterday many of whom braved the rain to follow their club's games which were held at ground two and ground three .

Nawaka Rugby Club president Jioji Kinisi said the entry for today would increase to $8 from $7 yesterday.

Kinisi said there were clubs from different parts of the country participating which would bring in more supporters.

"The games were televised last year but we got a good crowd," he said.

"It is about promoting the sport."
