Sachs exhibits shadows and light

Update: 1:13PMEMERGING artists Kimberly Sachs was grateful last night following the successful turn out at her "Shadows and Light' exhibition in Suva last night.

More than 100 people showed up, to view the powerful and alluring artwork presented by artist.

A collection of acrylic paintings, water colour, charcoal and chalk pastel, the artwork was showcased at the 21K Gallery in Suva.

Ms Sachs said she was grateful as five of her pieces were sold even before the official start of the exhibition.

"I am so thankful for the support from friends, family and the many people who showed up to view my work," she said.

The exhibition continues to March 1.
