Business training to improve basic livelihoods for youths

Update: 6:16PM TWENTY-FIVE youths benefited from a week-long business training that provided them with skills to better manage their own business and establish Income Generating Projects (IGP) to improve basic livelihoods.

Minister for Youth and Sports Laisenia Tuitubou urged the participants to make the most of such trainings' and develop their own income generating projects that will make positive contribution towards their livelihood and community.

"The Ministry of Youth and Sports continues to make inroads in terms of providing training to our youth populace in Fiji," he said.

The mobile skills business training was organised by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and facilitated by the National Centre for Small and Micro Enterprises Development (NCSMED) from January 29 to February 2 at the Matanitobua House in Navua.
