Update: 3:08PM TWO law students, both regular models on the local fashion runways, are this year's choices to the World Supermodel South Pacific pageant to be held in April at The Pearl South Pacific resort.

Pacific Harbour resident Blue de la Mare, 16, and University of the South Pacific student Kolora Momoedonu, 20, were chosen to compete with 22 entrants from Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Cook Islands, Samoa, PNG and to be Miss South Pacific to the international finals in Vietnam in November.

A statement from World Supermodel Fiji says the two were chosen on citizenship and experience.

"Blue De la Mare who is studying law and works with her parents part-time in their family business based in Maui Bay along the Coral Coast will be competing in the teenage category, while Kolora Momoedonu who is an undergrad student at the University of the South Pacific will be competing in the adults category," World Supermodel Fiji said.
