Update: 6:27PM SAVUSAVU residents are being advised that the Savudrodro crossing on Savudrodro road is closed.

This was confirmed in situation report issued this afternoon by the Fiji Roads Authority of the status of FRA's assets due to heavy rain.

The report also states that the number of roads closed in the Western Division has increased to ten.

However all roads in the Central and Eastern Division remain open.

FRA is advising members of the public to take extra precaution while travelling in these conditions and do not drive into water of unknown depth and current.
