THE Mokani 7s team used the the Ratu Josaia Bose Tagicakibau Memorial 10s at Ratu Cakobau Park ground two yesterday to expose their players.

Manager Simione Voceduadua said with the starting of the rugby season, the focus was on players to be exposed to the type of competition expected in their club games.

"We will be meeting some of these teams during the Tailevu Rugby Union club games in the coming weeks and I want the boys to get used to the atmosphere," he said.

"One thing that we always grateful for is the God given talent that this boys possess. These players have so much talent that we want to utilise them in the right way so we're hoping that one day they can be included in the national squad or secure a contract overseas."

Voceduadua said with another year ahead they had planed for another 7s tournament in a few months' time and they were thankful to Pacific Beverage for always supporting them.

"We have a lot of talent in the country that we don't know how to use them so I am calling on teams to look out for the Fiji Bitter Mokani 7s and register their team to explore more talents."

In the bowl finals Bau defeat Dravuni 19-0 and in the plate final Nakelo 1 thrashed Talele 7-0. In the final Mokani went down against Kasavu 5-0 after a tough encounter.
