Update: 6:09PM POLICE have finally won people's trust through music this is after they visited villagers and communities in the Northern division under their Policing through music outreach.

In an interview, Director Community Policing Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Waqa Cavuilati said the community Policing has enabled them to communicate well with members of the public.

"We have finally gained the people's trust on us and we plan to build on that relationship and our main aim is to change their mind set especially youths and the other way to do that is to engage youths to some sports," he said.

"This is another way we can help get information about issues that needs to be addressed."

The Policing through music outreach was held in Cakaudrove early this year.
