Update: 4:05PM A FIJIAN Police corporal who allegedly took a police vehicle and was involved in an accident has been placed on interdiction.

This was confirmed by Police Commissioner Brigadier-General Sitiveni Qiliho who said such actions of damaging of Police mobility assets would not be condoned.

"He is currently on interdiction and I am waiting for our tribunal process to complete before that comes to me," Brig-Gen Qiliho said.

"Like I've said, we've had two recent accidents recently in which one of the vehicle was written off and I will stress it again, it has become disgustingly shameful."
