Tabuya calls on PDP to file complaint

Tuesday, January 30, 2018

Update: 6:33PM FORMER leader for the People's Democratic Party (PDP), Lynda Tabuya is calling on PDP to file a complaint against the supervisor of the Fijian Elections Office (FEO) Mr Mohammed Saneem for abuse of office.

"Mohammed Saneem chose to disclose confidential minutes of PDP management board meeting to the media which he is duty bound not to reveal the copy of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)," Ms Tabuya said.

In a statement by FEO, Mr Saneem said Ms Tabuya's actions were purely political and FEO questions her motives at asserting the findings of the FEO towards other events concerning workers.

The MOU was signed between PDP and Social Democratic Liberation Party (SODELPA) last month .
