THE 2017 Women in Leadership program graduated 25 professionals at an event in Suva last Thursday.

The graduates were awarded their certificates at the reception where they were congratulated for their achievements and also reminded that they were now equipped with the relevant skills and tools of trade for managing leadership positions.

The program was undertaken by SPSE and the Asian Development Bank's (ADB) Pacific Private Sector Development Initiative (PSDI) and was delivered over three, two-day workshops starting in July this year.

The 25 women were provided training on governance, risk management and resilience, effective communication, constructing support systems, and managing the transition to leadership/directorship roles.
