Effective monitoring

Ronnie Chang,Nadi
Sunday, December 03, 2017

Allow me to sincerely thank the police commander western and highway traffic officers concerned for effectively monitoring speeding at the intersection at Waqadra, Nadi earlier in the week during my early morning brisk walk.

It is indeed heartening and commendable that proactive measures are being taken to try to curb the public nuisance and speeding problem.

Can we please humbly request a higher level of consistency to also include the Martintar stretch from Burger King, Sitara restaurant towards the playground entrance to Mount Saint Mary's School, at various staggered hours?

Far too many motorists have almost no regard to traffic rules, let alone the value of human life.
