Sevens team

The popularity of the Rugby League World Cup team has dominated our sports arena in the past weeks and our 15s gained a bit only at the end of the Northern Tour.

The sevens team quietly sneaked out for the Dubai Sevens and to regain the fans cheers, they need to win the Dubai Sevens at the weekend.

Lots of first-timers especially for the first time Jerry Tuwai takes over as captain and for the first time Osea Kolinisau is missing from the 7s series.

Most of the boys will be on their debut and hopefully for those who have left, they will be easily replaced by these new boys.

A lot has been said about our team which has a lot of talent and the national coach will be out to prove himself also. Has he done enough? As usual they will need our support, prayers and our cheers this weekend. Go Fiji, go.
