"I want us to win every game that we play and I want to win the tournament and win it in a disciplined manner."

These were the words of Fiji Airways Fiji 7s coach Gareth Baber ahead of this week's Emirates Dubai 7s.

In an interview with this newspaper Baber said to get the results, the players needed to be enjoying themselves.

"I want to win it with the way we love playing rugby and as you have seen, you have got to create that mood with the players, they have to be enjoying what they are doing," he said.

Baber added it was also great to have the new players have a run during their warm-up game against local club Jebel Ali Dragons last weekend.

"After a 29-hour flight we came in on Thursday, and of course there were some jet lag, but during the warm-up game the boys enjoyed their time out there," Baber said.

"It was good to have John Stewart and Eroni Sau have some good game time."

Fiji is pooled with Australia, Wales and Russia.

Fiji lost in the final of Dubai 7s last year going down to South Africa.
