* THE Wolf Blass Academy provides best "in class" education to inspire and empower the world's wine professionals and enthusiasts.

* The course is catered specifically for our hospitality customers who deal specifically with wine as a core or as part of their daily role (example hotel, restaurant/bar, wine retail store etc.)

* The purpose is to deliver high quality wine education and raise brand awareness and engagement with the Wolf Blass brand and wines.

* The program provides participants with a comprehensive overview of the wine industry and content is designed to ensure it can be applied directly to their hospitality role. It includes content such as:

o Introduction to major wine regions, with the main focus in Australia.

o Fundamental wine knowledge- wine making techniques, wine tasting, wine storage and service, label reading, food and wine matching.

o A combination of individual and team activities to encourage participation, practical application and knowledge retention.

* The course concludes with a test covering the information taught during the full-day course, with the grand prize to travel to Singapore for a four night stay to participate in the WSET Level Two certification course.
