Keep the right diet

Atasa Moceituba
Friday, November 24, 2017

TAKING care of ourselves requires eating the right types and amount of food as well as looking after our bodies, minds and spirits.

Sulique Waqa, the founder of Haus of Khameleon — a young transgender led feminist movement that lobbies, raises campaigns, organises research, trains and advocates on transgender equality in Fiji and the Pacific believes in this theory.

"For me, feminism, and my process in learning and growing as a feminist has offered me multiple frameworks to renegotiate my own practices of self-care and unpack my tense relationships around food, fitness, and my body," Sulique said.
