THE Menoos sponsored 18 holes stroke event will be played at the FSC Rarawai Course on Sunday. Tee off: 12.30pm. Entry fee: $10. Starters: Asish Chand, Rohit Chandra. Match committee: Vishwa Nadan, Raven Kumar, Rajend Singh. The club championship semifinals will be also played.


The Lautoka Golf Club will host the Geotech Drilling International Services Ltd-sponsored 2017 official season opening on Saturday with an individual 18 holes stroke event. Tee-off: 12.15pm - 1.15pm. Starters - Suren Pillay/ Gaffar Ali. Cards - Dr. Vimal Murthi / Roneel Prakash. Match - Shalendra Prasad / Raymond Singh. Prize presentation - Gary Barnett / Charlotte Barnett. Prizes: overall, A, B, C, juniors, professionals and women's category. Entry fees - $20. Other club members eligible for main prizes. The 86th Consecutive Lautoka Open Golf Championship will be played over 27 holes on Saturday, November 18. Amateur category, professional and women. Men's and Mix IDC

The Fiji Men's and Mix Netball Inter District Championship will be held in Nadroga on Saturday, November 25. Contact Jioweli Makare on 8765446.


Tacirua mini 7s

Only 16 teams will be accommodated. $200 registration fees. Competition will be held on Saturday 18/11/2017. Venue: AOG High School ground, Kinoya. Total prizemoney: $1,900. Contacts: 8052653, 9941595, 9125370


Vutia District School 7s

Tournament will be held on Dec 1 - 2 at Vutia District School ground. First 32 teams. Entry fees: $200 per team. Prizemoney: Cup winner - $2000 + trophy. Runner-up - $800. Plate winner - $400. + SHIELD. Deposit of half of the total registration fees and above ($100) will only be accepted, but non-refundable. Closing date for registration - November 18 @ 4pm. Congo Waimanu 7s

Nakavu 7s
