Fruits and vegetables

We all eat food and look forward to enjoy a healthy life. Many a time we eat foods knowing and unknowing what we are eating is either good or bad for our body.

I believe and think we all need to incorporate a little bit more fruits and vegetables into our diets.

Fruits and vegetables as outlined below on the poem are very beneficial to our body and promote good health.

Poem: Fruits and vegetables promote good health

It's most important wealth

Vitamins minerals and fibre we need

Results are in, we all have agreed

Fruits and vegetables prevent diseases

Let's minimise those salty cheese

Range of colours should be wide

Fresh are better, than frozen and dried

Fruits and vegetables, manage our weight

Healthy calories on our serving plate

They are natural, they'll keep us going

A healthy life, starts with knowing
