Water leak

Allen Lockington,Kava Place, Waiyavi, Lautoka
Wednesday, November 08, 2017

There were two water leaks along Kava Place and as usual I emailed the water authority who came the very next day.

They were fast and efficient and I must admire the chap who worked with the hole they had dug full of water.

After they dug he felt around in the water and determined the size of the pipe and said what fitting was needed.

He cut the pipe and put in the coupling or the joiner which slowed down the rushing water.

Meanwhile, one of the team members went into the neighbour's yard with their permission and opened the government side of the meter.

This was to ease the pressure on the part they were working on.

They were also very friendly and had a ready smile.

Thank you guys, two water leaks done in two hours — I must say thank you.
