Negative attitude

A prevailing form of negative thinking is to take stock of a situation or an interaction and presume the negative.

For many people, this "looking at the glass half empty" attitude is habitual and automatic.

One might look at a crowded commute, a rainy day, or paying the bills as automatic negative experiences.

Negative means focused on what is bad or lacking. A negative ad tells a person a bad thing about the competition. A negative person loves to complain.

The negative attitude of a person are aggression, anger, betrayal, bigotry, blame, cowardice, critical, cynical, depression, dishonesty, greed, hatred, jealousy, revenge, suspicious and unemotional.

The question is how does a person change his or her negative attitude?

Below are seven steps that can help a person.

1. Take responsibility for your thoughts and action.

2. List negative things in your life and begin to change them.

3. Let go of expectations.

4 Forgive yourself and others.

5. Limit or remove negative people from your life.

6. Respond to change.

7 Keep moving forward.

There is no doubt, one time or another, unknowingly we might have displayed negative attitude towards others.

However, by showing negative attitude we not only hurt others, but we lose respect from other people.

Every person should try to have a positive attitude and eliminate negative attitude and bad thinking.

People with positive attitude appear to be: courageous; kind; sympathetic; gloomy; mature; open minded; devoted; tolerant; trusting; determined; optimistic; thoughtful towards others; and accept the point of view of others.

Moving with negative attitude draws a person's life backward.

However, those people who move with positive attitude, they are much appreciated and they are the ones who remain successful.
