FIJI Car Club will be organising a Penrite Car Show in Suva on November 25.

The club received a major boost from the Global Warehouse with the sponsorship of $10,000 for the show.

Club president Raizal Haniff said the club was thankful to the company for the sponsorship.

"We have received a sponsorship of $10,000 from Global Warehouse for the second year for the car show which will take place later this month," Haniff said.

"They have also increased the sponsorship amount by $3000. The executives have decided to use $8000 to buy the hampers for all the winners from the car show."

Haniff said it would be a fun-filled day for the people who wanted to come to the show with the children.

"We are looking at having more than 60 cars to be on the show during the day and if any of the drivers who want to bring their cars then they should contact the Fiji Car Club officials," he said.

"We will try to have the show more often."

The show will be held at Suva City Council foreshore car park in Suva.

Meanwhile, the club gave $700 to the Fiji Cancer Society from the last race where $1 from each gate fee was given towards the noble cause.
