Lee commends body builder

INTERNATIONAL Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness' Fiji president John Lee has praised body builder, Zynal Reddy.

This is after Reddy won the junior men's physique in the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness' South Pacific Oceania Championship on Sunday in Australia.

"It is very promising for him," Lee said.

"It is good for the sport in Fiji because he is so young and has a long way to go.

"Normally people start with physic and then they go into body building.

"Physic is mostly where you compete and in only the top half of the body.

"They pose in trunk pants, but later on he built a good body structure.

"He is very keen and has a bright future.

"With the exposure they received in Australia, the competition was very stiff as there were good competitors in the competition," he added.

"They are on the road going up."
