ALL top rated teams of Suva except for Suva Medics, dominated day two of competition at the FBC TV National Volleyball Championships at the National Gymnasium in Suva.
Fiji Volleyball Federation general secretary, Rosa Dalituicama said all Suva team in both the mens and womens division topped their pools.
"As a result they confirmed their positions in the elimination rounds that will be played tomorrow (today)," Dalituicama said.
"Day two of competition was really good, from the morning till night, all games were really exciting," she said.
Nadroga II created the upset of the day when they beat Kinoya II by two sets to one.
"Led by the Seninono brothers, who represented Nadi last year, Nadroga II upset Kinoya II.
"They won the first set by 25-16, lost the second set by 22-25 and then won the deciding set by 15-10 for the victory.
"After tonight's (yesterday's) games, we now look forward to the final day of competition tomorrow (today)," Dalituicama said.
Competition was still underway when this edition went to press last night.
