FIJI's Ruby Coffin finished as the number one seeded player in the women's under-12 division during West Pacific Qualifying Junior Tennis Championship at the Lautoka Tennis Court yesterday.
Coffin finished the singles event undefeated from six games without losing a set in 10 games to book her spot in the Pacific Oceania Junior Tennis Championship in August.
Yesterday she beat Bianca Terra of Papua New Guinea 6-1, 6-1 to round off her campaign on a high note.
Vanuatu's Emma Maucotel finished second, losing only one match from six games. Maucotel lost her only match to Coffin on day one.
In the boy's division, Graham Mani of the Solomon Islands won the boy's competition. Lataisi Mwea of Kiribati finished second while Ben Pechan of Vanuatu was third and teammate Julien Pineda finished third.
Fiji's Damien Wu and Ben Little John finished on sixth and ninth place respectively.
