A VETERAN Australian academic says its paramount for universities to ensure quality in their services.
Professor Tom Maxwell, who has spent more than two decades involved in the University of New England's degree in education program, said at the University of Fiji's Saweni Campus it was crucial for a university not only to ensure quality courses but to also ensure the quality is maintained in the actual running of those courses.
He is helping to set up the Doctorate in Education Program at UniFiji.
