THE winner of the Fiji Bitter Nawaka 7s tournament will walk away $10,000 richer, organisers revealed.
Defending champion Samurai Barracudas is yet to confirm its participation whereas teams like Army, Warwick and Wardens are some of the top teams that have confirmed their registration.
Sponsors, Fiji Bitter have given $25,000 in total sponsorship to boost the tournament which has a theme 'Picnic in the Park'.
Nawaka Rugby Club marketing manager Mere Gaunavou said they hoped to attract a lot of teams.

"This year, we are giving away $10,000 to the winner, this is the same amount given to the winner of the Marist sevens. Army, Warwick and Wardens and many other teams will be taking part."
The Sailosi Naiteqe-coached Barracudas team will confirm their participation on Friday.
Gaunavou said they hoped to get a positive response from the defending champion.
