THE dining experience has always been one of the main drawcards at previous FIJI Showcases and this year promises to be no different.
Total Events Company manager Loretta Jackson said the choices of food at the FIJI Showcase 2012 would cover a whole range of cuisines.
"The food this year will cover every spectrum of menu with Western, Chinese, Indian and iTaukei food and familiar restaurants will be serving day and night," said Ms Jackson.
"Of these familiar restaurants is Jioji's Restaurant is another popular food booth catering for vegetarian visitors and Patel Dhaba will be ensuring that all the famous Indian curry meat dishes are there."
Ms Jackson said there would also be new faces on the food scene to provide customers at the showcase with more variety.
