FICAC has appealed against the sentence of two men convicted of fraud.
Two former Post Fiji Limited workers Matarino Madogo and Kautanagauna Seaqaqa were convicted of conspiracy to defraud by the Suva Magistrates Court last year.
The pair were sentenced to 18 months in prison, of which one month was to be served and 17 months suspended.
FICAC appealed against the sentenced on the ground it was lenient and inadequate.
The case was initially called in the High Court on April 10. Justice Temo adjourned the case to May 31.
