THE High Court in Suva has set a trial date for All Nations Church head Reverend Epeli Ratabacaca.
High Court judge Justice Paul Madigan set the trial date for November 1 to 12.
The case was called for mention for agreed facts.
State lawyer Lisiate Fotofili said he received confirmation from the defence on paragraphs they would dispute.
Mr Ratabacaca is denying a count of indecent assault and two counts of rape.
Mr Fotofili said there were 15 prosecution witnesses.
He also said the defence would not challenge Mr Ratabacaca's caution interview.
Mr Ratabacaca's lawyer Filimone Vosarogo told Justice Madigan that the defence required two weeks for the trial.
Justice Madigan set September 27 as the pre-trial conference date.
