VETERAN Malakai Kainihewe will miss Ba's crucial reschedule O League fixture against AS Tefana in New Zealand next Sunday.
The stalwart is on an automatic suspension after picking up two yellow cards in the competition.
Ba needs to beat the Tahitian club by clear 20 goals to top the pool and secure a spot in the O League final against Auckland City.
The Men in Black will resume full training from tomorrow.
Ba Football Association secretary Iliaz Khan said a total of eight of their players were affected by the flooding.
He said the families of the players had encountered a lot of problems. Khan said the aim way was end the 2011/2012 O League on a high note.
"People are talking about the 20 goals but they are not aware of the disaster that some of the players have gone through," Khan said.
"This is a vital match. It will be played on neutral ground. Anything can happen however the recent situation in Ba has to be taken into consideration."
The Ba players who have been affected by the food include Malakai Tiwa, Epeli Codro Aseia Codra, Peter Hughes, Shalen Lal, Jone Ralulu Maveliko Nakamaand Josefata Neibuli.
AS Tefana will go into the match as the favourite. The Tahitian club needs a win against Ba to ensure a spot in the final.
Waitakere United leads the pool with 12 points followed by AS Tefana on 10 points and Ba on nine points.

A severe storm caused massive disruption across the region of Ba which forced the rescheduling of the O League match to Churchill Park in Lautoka last Sunday but the effects of the adverse weather did not allow the match to go on.
The match between Ba and AS Tefana will now take place at Bill McKinley Park in Auckland on Sunday.
