FIJI Water provided $20,000 worth of bottled water to DISMAC to help flood victims in the Western Division.
Team leader Logistics and Support in the Commissioner Western's office, Captain Ilai Tawakedrau acknowledged the company's contribution.
"The office of Divisional Commissioner Western and the Prime Minister's Office wishes to convey their greatest appreciation to FIJI Water for their selfless donation of bottled water in the floods of January and March of 2012."
"Water is a basic necessity of life and the provision of this donation had immensely contributed to meeting the needs of flood affected people of Fiji," said Capt Tawakedrau.
The company provided more than $110,000 worth of assistance to private and government agencies for flood relief since February.
