If Fiji born Wallaby wing Lote Tuqiri has his way then tough Flying Fijians number eight Sisa Koyamaibole would be playing alongside him for the Waratahs.
Tuqiri told the Daily Telegraph, if given an open cheque book Koyamaibole would be one of five overseas-based players he would sign for the Waratahs.
"I'd try to lure a Fijian superstar in the making called Sisa Koyamaibole," Tuqiri said.
"Sisa was a number eight sensation at last year's World Cup for Fiji. He's big, athletic and explosive. Not only would Sisa be an asset on the field, he'd be a massive crowd puller as one of those personality players fans love to follow."
First on Tuqiri's wish-list is All Blacks ace Dan Carter.
Others he'd choose are England tighthead prop Andy Sheridan, Liam Messam (New Zealand) and Yannick Nyanga (France).
Tuqiri supports the move by the Australian Rugby Union to consider relaxing the Super 14 rules to allow overseas imports to play for the Waratahs, Reds, Brumbies and Force.
