Update: 4.34pm THE prices of flour and sharp go up from tomorrow, according to the Prices and Incomes Board (PIB).
A kg of flour will now be $1.07 from $1.03, an increase of four cents while a kg of sharp will increase by three cents.
The one kg packs of both flour and sharp increases by four cents from $1.12 and $1.13 respectively.
Two kg packs of both items will go up by 10 cents from $2.08 and $2.09 respectively.
Increases will also affect larger quantaties of flour and sharp.
The PIB says wheat prices on the international market reached a record level because of the shortage of wheat increasing the prices as a result.
