JACKS of Fiji has opened its latest addition to its sensational line of restaurants, Indigo.

Jack's managing director Dilip Khatri said what started as a coffee shop concept has now turned into a substantial restaurant business.

He said Indigo was the latest inclusion with the successful operation of four of its restaurants.

It is set in a vibrant atmosphere with modern and traditional dcor, the seamless backdrop for ritual and romance.

Traditional and ornate pieces from India, China, Thailand and the Asian region feature prominently throughout the restaurant.

Indigo's innovative inspiring cuisine is a celebration of food of varied texture, colour and flavour promising to be yet another memorable culinary experience for diners in the jetset town, Nadi.
