Update: 11.55am PROMINENT Suva lawyer Graham Leung is now free to travel after the ban placed on him was lifted, according to his lawyer Jon Apted.
However, Mr Apted says this will not stop Mr Leung from pursuing his application for a judicial review of the matter, which is currently before Justice Jitendra Singh.
Mr Leung was stopped from leaving the country on Monday after arriving at Nadi Airport.
This had attracted widespread criticism of the interim regime both locally and from abroad.
Interim Prime Minister Commander Voreqe Bainimarama yesterday said Mr Leung would not be leaving the country any time soon and suggested he stowaway if he wanted to.
