Update: 11:15AM MORE than three hundred people gathered today at the Wesley City Mission Church (WCMC) to farewell the late Jese Marawa Sikivou.

A former journalist and political commentator, Mr Sikivou was described by his family and friend as a reliable, responsible and determined man who valued his family and vanua.

While delivering the eulogy, managing director for Islands Business magazine, Samisoni Pareti said Mr Sikivou was a brilliant and articulate speaker who carried out his work to the best of his abilities.

"He was someone with a large heart, always ready to pass on his vast knowledge of work, in his many areas of expertise while never losing sight of the fact that life was meant to be enjoyed and not lived through," said Mr Pareti.
