TWENTY-FIVE youths now have the ability to better manage their own business after attended a week-long business training.

The mobile skills business training which was organised by the Ministry of Youth and Sports enables youth participants to design their own business plan, create proper financial management and identify Small Medium Enterprises (SME) and establish Income Generating Projects (IGP) to improve basic livelihoods.

And the Minister for Youth and Sports, Laisenia Tuitubou has urged the participants to develop their own small businesses and income generating projects.

"I therefore urge our youths to make the most of such trainings and develop their own income generating projects that will make positive contribution towards their livelihood and community." Mr Tuitubou said.

A participant Alisi Danford said: "I loved the training, as this has provided me with knowledge on how to manage small businesses and also on its sustainability."
