Meet the realtor

Geraldine Panapasa
Saturday, February 10, 2018

MEET Nathaniel Khan, a real estate agent with Bayshore Real Estate Fiji. Originally from Suva, Nathaniel attended Marist Brothers High School and completed his studies in marketing and business management.

His main area of focus is the real estate sector in Nadi. Part of his work involves listing residential and commercial properties for sale or lease.

Advertising and marketing properties heavily on social media is also part and parcel of the job as he believes this platform to be the "new media" and a growing medium of communication in Fiji.

"I take great pride in providing the highest level of services to my clients so they can have the best possible outcome and satisfaction — from the photographs to marketing.

"I'm well versed with the latest trends in technology. I do my research on the market so that my clients optimise their time and rest assured that they will make the right choice."

Landscape photography is something he enjoys when he's not working and prides himself in being part of a country that is full of natural beauty.

"Capturing that beauty is satisfying. I also enjoy travelling around Fiji and meeting new people," he said.

So what does he enjoy being in the real estate sector?

"Entering the real estate industry in Fiji has greatly improved my interpersonal skills with people from all walks of life. I also have a vast knowledge on how the property market works, from the time of sale to settlement and especially the tremendous effort done in the background," he shared.
