Update: 6:37PM THE Fiji Police Force is working with the Health Ministry to help address the findings of their last health audit.

In a heath audit conducted by the force last year, Police Commissioner Brigadier- General Sitiveni Qiliho revealed that officers as young as 30 years were dying from non-communicable diseases.

"We are working closely with the Ministry of Health, we have specialists who come to us every Friday and conduct briefings for us on various issues that have come out of our health audit report," he said.

He had also previously stated that he needed a healthy force that was capable of delivering the outputs that the Fijian people demanded of them.
