RUGBY Academy Fiji is marketing its players overseas.

The Lelean Memorial School-based academy gained new grounds this week after four of its players were invited to play in Luxembourg for three months.

The academy is the brainchild of former Flying Fijian, Seremaia Bai.

He said the players; Taniela Tuirabe, Vilitati Dakili, Luke Verebasaga and Peni Raivatilai were part of a students' exchange program with a school there.

"I am proud that the four players would be representing the academy in Luxembourg," Bai said.

"A Fijian who is part of the school contacted us to provide them with five players as part of a student exchange program.

"The players will play for the school for the next three months before returning home."

Bai said the players would be developed and exposed while playing in Luxembourg.

"They will be going to a normal school where they will attend classes and play rugby for the school," he said.

"The players have been practising meke and singing for their cultural presentations.

"It is a big achievement for them to be part of the program and at the same time get the experience and it is a good way to market the academy overseas,"he said.
