NADI Landowners Council member Tomasi Naulumatua says they were proud to support the Air Terminal Services workers.

Mr Naulumatua, a Navoci villager, showed the council's support at a rally after the Fiji Trades Union Congress organised march in support of the ATS workers in Nadi yesterday.

He said workers seeking better working conditions should be supported.

He said as a landowner in Nadi, he was proud that the Jet Set town had been the site where the movement to improve workers' rights began.

He said he supported the ATS workers and urged them not to be fearful of any outside pressure.

He said he hoped the peaceful march would lead to the ATS workers return to work and ensure better management from all stakeholders.

Mr Naulumatua spoke on behalf of some landowners in Nadi who have been vocal about their support for ATS workers.
