Ek Villain sequel

Deccanchronicle

Aditya Roy Kapur, whose last release OK Jaanu bombed at the box office, has been looking for interesting scripts for a while now. The actor has been regularly meeting friend and filmmaker Mohit Suri, looking for an opportunity. And it looks like there's finally some development on the front.

"Mohit has a bound script ready, and it's a Ek Villain's sequel. He wants to take the franchise ahead with a fresh star cast. Aditya has been approached for the sequel. He has also liked the script too," reveals a source close to the development.

Ek Villain, the 2014 romantic thriller, featured Sidharth Malhotra and Shraddha Kapoor in lead roles. It also starred Riteish Deshmukh in a negative role.
