THE sight of buckets of Breakfast Crackers at the jetties, bus stops or even airports is common across Fiji. Breakfast Crackers has become part of all Fijians daily lives. It is one of the most popular product sold at any store in Fiji. Twentyfive years ago FMF started making Breakfast Crackers in their factory in Walu Bay. This biscuit in made all year around in their 24-hour production facility because of its sheer demand. The production schedule is not just to cater for the demands of Fiji market but also the Pacific.

FMF Breakfast Crackers is one on the main items on FMF export lists as the product is also loved by all nations in the Pacific.

FMF Breakfast Crackers today has reached not just countries in the Pacific but to Australia, New Zealand and as far as the United States of America. This product is exported to these countries for Fijians who have migrated over the years but still want their own Fijian made product there to enjoy and help them feel closer to home.

Fijians enjoy this much loved cracker most with butter and tea. When in supermarkets, multiple packets of FMF Breakfast Crackers can still be seen in shoppers' trolley and when asked what keeps them buying this product, an assertive response "its taste" is what gets heard.

In times of national disasters, FMF production gets ready to boost its production in order to meet market demands. Breakfast Crackers is one product for which demand spikes during this season as it provides for a filling meal, taste as well as convenience because of its plastic pail packaging. It also becomes a valued relief supply for NGOs and families to provide to the people in need.

FMF Breakfast Crackers today come in 375g packets as well as two sized pails i.e. 2kg and 5kg. These pails provide convenience of carrying the product back to villages and islands and also provides them with a storage container then can be reused once the biscuit has been enjoyed and finished.

What has made FMF Breakfast Crackers so popular is its taste. The taste of FMF Breakfast Crackers is unique, favoured by many still and cannot be duplicated. The taste complements the butter spread and tea perfectly, without making it too sweet which is what makes it the most loved biscuit in this part of the world.

FMF Breakfast Crackers is made by Biscuit Company of Fiji, a subsidiary of FMF Foods Limited which employs about 450 Fijians in its factory in Walu Bay who work tirelessly to supply Fiji the best Breakfast Crackers round-the-clock.
