BUSINESSMAN Charan Jeath Singh says their new property located in Nabua, was going well and their main tenant, Carpenters Group, will be opening their MaxVal-u Supermart outlet at the location by early December this year.

Mr Singh made the comment when asked on the progress of their building, which he said would be known as the Digicel House.

"The supermarket space will be leased out to the Carpenters Group who will operate their MaxVal-u Supermart and we're signing the lease with Carpenters tomorrow; they will open their supermarket by 1 December, 2017 at the latest," Mr Singh said.

Meanwhile, he said, most of the tenants on the ground floor had already moved in and were operating their shops.

Mr Singh advised that the three-storey building was owned by Charan Jeath Singh Properties.
