Importance of healthy living

Atasa Moceituba
Friday, October 13, 2017

PORTION control is important because even if you have all the right food, you can still overeat and border on being unhealthy.

These were the words of Patricia Mallam who features in this week's shopper

Born and raised in Fiji, Mallam runs her own consulting firm and is also the communications manager for the COP23 Secretariat.

She attended St Anne's Primary School before she moved to St Joseph's Secondary School and Yat Sen.

She loves yoga, going to the gym and weight-lifting and was among the 18 bodybuilders who took part in the 2017 Mr and Ms Fiji Championship in Suva on Saturday September 30 at Holiday Inn.
