Man, 25, drowns

A LABOURER, 25, from Kinoya in Nasinu is the country's latest drowning victim.

He reportedly drowned at the Vatukarasa Beach near Sigatoka after being swept away by strong currents.

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro said the man went picnicking with others when he was washed away by strong currents.
