SIXTY students of Savusavu Secondary School have been relocated to the school's laboratory after their classrooms were destroyed by fire early yesterday morning.

School's interim manager Dharmendra Lal said normal classes for the students of Year 11, whose classrooms were destroyed, had resumed.

"The burnt building includes the school's tool room and two classrooms for Year 11," he said.

"Students will continue with normal classes and fortunately most students had their textbooks and exercise books with them so their books were not destroyed."
