WALLABY Henry Speight has rated the Fiji Airways Drua highly in the National Rugby Championship and expects the side to even reach the final if they maintain their current form.

Speight is part of the Classic Wallabies group in the country through the Australia Rugby Union's Pacific in Union program to develop the sport in the region.

The Brumbies winger with teammate Tevita Kuridrani held a rugby clinic with the students of the Sunshine Special School at the Lautoka City Council ground along Vomo St yesterday.

Speight who grew up around the area said it was pleasing to get back to the paddock that he played touch rugby on for ten years.

The 29-year-old said it was amazing to have a Fiji side in the National Rugby Championship which could open up pathways for the local talents.

"A lot of the boys who are in the Wallabies and are playing in the NRC know that the Fiji Drua is a serious threat," Speight said.

"I think with the results, New South Wales Country is not an easy team and Melbourne Rising is a very good team too.

"So to put in very good wins against them, they have really put everyone on notice."
