POLICE are investigating the alleged gang rape of a 15-year-old girl by students of a Sigatoka school she attends.

Confirming the report, police spokesperson Ana Naisoro said the incident was reported last Friday by the victim's teacher.

"The incident occurred on three different occasions during the month of June at the school compound and suspects are students of the same school," Ms Naisoro said. "The victim is a 15-year-old girl. The issue was reported after an awareness program conducted at the school by officers (from a nearby police station)".

Ms Naisoro said investigations were continuing
